BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read these terms and conditions carefully as these conditions incorporate the basis on which bookings for Backpackers Chez Patrick are accepted.

Reservations must be made by a credit card Visa, MasterCard.

To make reservation, please use our secure on-line booking service. Upon submission of the secure booking form, you will receive your booking confirmation by e-mail from us. If you do not receive your booking confirmation within 48 hours after booking, please write to us on this e-mail address: chezpatrick@voila.fr . Your booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation e-mail from us. If you supply us with a non-functional, wrong email address, we cannot send you the booking confirmation. Kindly please carefully check carefully e-mail address before making your booking.

· On-line booking must be made 5 days prior to arrival date. However, if you plan to arrive earlier than the 5-days required for on-line booking, please call us or write us an e-mail and accordingly we shall inform you the availability of room and confirm the booking.
· A deposit corresponding to a one night's stay per person booked will be charged to your credit card at the time of confirmation. The balance payment will be payable upon arrival at the hostel.
· After receiving the confirmation, kindly carefully check the dates and other details of the reservation.
· In the event of cancellation, the deposits will not be refunded.
· In case one of your friends doesn't arrive, you will have to pay the full amount for all the booked days and loose the beds for the remaining days.
· In case of no-show on the first day of your booking, we will cancel the rest of your booking.
· Bed rates quoted on this website are in the hostel's in-house rates and are subject to change at without prior notice.

 Changing your booking:

Once you have made your first night's payment, your booking is final.

Should you wish to change your booking, please kindly inform us only in writing by e-mail at least 3 days prior to your arrival date, after which we shall send you a reply e-mail confirming your change in the booking.

Please include all your booking details in the modification email, which you had sent to the hostel earlier as a proof of your reservation.

Cancellation policy:

If you cancel any night of your reservation, then the deposit made for the booking will not be refunded.

PS: Nice is a very popular destination for travellers and backpackers and especially during the summer months and during the Grand Prix of Monaco and the Cannes Film Festival. There is limited room availability and you are kindly requested to make your reservations as early as possible.

Court/Long term stays:

We offer private studio apartments for a short term between June-September. Ideal for a couple or close friends. Minimum stay for 5 nights.

Also, we offer long-term accommodation in the hostel between September to Mai. All prices and details will be confirmed upon request and based on availability.
